Statement:

This is the response by BP to the Oil Spill. In spite of this catastrophic event that occured April 20th, 2010 BP’s net worth still reached 100 Billion dollars.

• In addition to the money put into the cleanup effort:
• 28,400 people were sent out to aid the clean up in various locations
• 4,050 ships were also sent out
• dozens of aircrafts fled to the scenes
• 23 countries offered to help with the cleanup
